Silversea, celebrated for its luxury and expedition travel expertise, has unveiled its 2025 World Cruise, Controtempo. This extraordinary journey invites guests to explore 59 destinations across 30 countries, offering a fresh perspective on iconic cities and hidden gems. Departing Tokyo on January 13, 2025, and concluding in New York on May 29, 2025, the cruise highlights immersive exploration during unconventional seasons in Asia, Africa, Europe, and North America.

It blends local stories and authentic experiences, unveiling unique perspectives for even the most seasoned travelers. The voyage spans nine segments, including 19 new destinations for Silversea World Cruises, featuring stops in cities like Tokyo and Paris and lesser-known locales.

Guests were sent off with a vibrant drum ceremony, courtesy of the city of Tokyo, marking the start of their Controtempo adventure.
